1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SugarDaddyCalgary.ca (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This Service provides Calgary-focused information, guides, and links related to sugar dating. It is not legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice.

2. Eligibility (19+)

You must be at least 19 years old to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are under 19, misrepresent your age, or attempt to contact underage people.

We may require age or identity verification and may restrict access when eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Accounts & Verification

• You are responsible for your account security and for all activity under your account.
• We may ask for photo/ID verification to prevent fake or automated accounts.
• Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee identity, intentions, financial status, background, safety, or compatibility.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety concerns.

4. User Content & Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or illegal activity.
• No promotion, solicitation, facilitation, or coordination of prostitution, escorting, sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, or illegal transactions.
• No explicit sexual content, non-consensual content, revenge content, impersonation, blackmail, financial coercion, or pressure to share private images.
• Respect boundaries, obtain clear consent, and comply with Calgary, Alberta, Canadian, and other applicable laws for online and in-person interactions.
• You own your content but grant us a limited license to host, display, moderate, and process it for operating and protecting the Service.

5. Calgary Meet Safety

SugarDaddyCalgary.ca cannot guarantee offline outcomes. You are responsible for your own choices, communications, travel, and in-person meetings.

• Use public first-meet locations with clear exits, such as conversation-friendly Calgary cafés, hotel lobbies, libraries, or central areas with transit or rideshare access.
• Share your plan with a trusted contact, arrive and leave independently, and avoid private residences, isolated parking lots, or getting into a vehicle on a first meet.
• Plan around Calgary realities such as winter weather, late transit, parking, distance, and whether the location is too noisy for a clear expectations conversation.
• Use report/block tools and stop communication if someone pressures you, threatens you, requests banking access, or asks for intimate images tied to your identity.

6. Payments & Third Parties

Any optional upgrades, affiliate links, or third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, account decisions, payment rules, member conduct, or service availability.

We do not process cash payments between users, hold funds, verify private financial claims, or become a party to private agreements. Never share banking logins, sign loans or leases for someone you barely know, or send money under pressure.

7. IP & Takedowns

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@sugardaddycalgary.ca with details. We may remove, restrict, or review content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, emotional, financial, or offline damages.

Calgary-specific guide content may mention neighborhoods, venue types, transit, weather, and safety practices, but details can change. Verify current information before relying on any time-sensitive guidance.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Alberta courts, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
